(a)Purchase order must include item numbers, quantities, colors and deadline date. Once we received your purchase order, we will contact you either by fax, e-mail or by phone.

(b)Artwork: Camera ready artwork only. color separated artwork will be processed at no extra charge. Camera ready artwork is a high contrast at 200% of actual print size (no further touch-up is required). Artwork design, color separation and rearranging of the logo will be assessing a fee depending on per hour charges. Inkjet printer output or copy at a 100% DPI is not considered a camera-ready artwork.

(a) Once we received your camera-ready artwork, we will fax you a paper proof of your logo. You will find 1) size of the logo 2) position of the logo 3) imprint color(s) of the logo.

(b) You may resize the artwork, make any necessary changes then fax it back to us with your signature approval.
