(a)Purchase order must include item numbers, quantities, colors and deadline date. Once we received your purchase order, we will contact you either by fax, e-mail or by phone.

(b)Artwork: Camera ready artwork only. color separated artwork will be processed at no extra charge. Camera ready artwork is a high contrast at 200% of actual print size (no further touch-up is required). Artwork design, color separation and rearranging of the logo will be assessing a fee depending on per hour charges. Inkjet printer output or copy at a 100% DPI is not considered a camera-ready artwork.
