Blank Samples: Blank samples are shipped within 24 hours.
Spec Samples: Within 24~48 hours available for $50.00 (v) + cost of the item + all decorated cost after approval.
Decorated Goods: Normal productions 3~5 working days after approval.
Rush Services: 1 days rush service available for $93.75 (v) upto $1250 (v) of total invoice or 10% of total invoice if over $1250 (v). 2 days rush service available for $63.00 (v) upto $1250 (v) of total invoice or 5% of total invoice if over $1250 (v).
Overseas Orders: 60-90 days after sample approved and deposit received.
Customized Overseas Samples: $250.00 (v), please allow 2-4 weeks for overseas production samples.
Set-Up Blank Samples:
Blank Samples: Samples are billed on first column price. Unit price plus freight charges applied. Blank samples can be returned within 30 days of invoice
date for product credit only. Customers are responsible for all freight charges.
Art:
Camera-ready artwork is required for decorated orders.

Digital Logo: Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop as an editable vector with a type converted to outlines.
Format: Electronic artwork is accepted in the following PC format: DST on embroidery digitizing;
BMP, TIF, GIF, EPS, AL, JPEG files with 300 dpi high resolution.
Artwork Clean-Up: $40.00 (v) per hour minimum for logo(s) that needed to be touch ups, artwork clean-up, typesetting or re-sizing.
Multi-Color Logo: Separated artwork will be processed at no extra charge (correct format only)
Color Separation: $50.00 (v) for up to 6 colors applies for incorrect logo formatted.
Decorating:
Method: Silk Screen Printing.
Silk Screen Set Up: $50.00 (v) per color per location plus unit price, run charges and freight cost.
Repeat Order Set Up: $25.00 (v) per color per location.
Paper Proof: No charge for paper proof, there will be a $15.00 (v) for each additional revised paper proof.
Imprint Area: Imprint size varies, depending on the merchandise. All detail information will be included on the paper proof of all decorated orders.
Maximum imprint size will be used if not specified by customers.
Run Charge: Please view detail pricing in the catalog.
Less than Minimum: $40.00 (v) applies to less than minimum decorated orders.
Min. Caps~one full box / Min. Bags~one full box.
Color Match: PMS color match is $20.00 (v) per color. We will make every effort to match PMS colors when specified, exact color match is not guaranteed.
Miscellaneous Charges: Additional charges may applied on oversize bags, swatch sample, edit tape, duplicate disk, puff, insertion fee.
Over/Under run: There will be no over/under-runs unless requested by customers.
Embroidery:
DST, Laser quality artwork is preferred by mail or e-mail. Tape charge is at $25.00 (v) per thousand stitches. A minimum charge of $60.00 (v) applies.
Co-Op Pricing:
Co-op pricings are available if minimum requirements are met. Please call your account manager for details.
Shipping:
FOB: Chino, California, USA.
All goods are shipped via UPS ground unless specified at the time of order. Air service and trucking service are also available.
Shipper reserves the right to choose the best shipping method when necessary.
Tracking numbers: You will receive a tracking numbers on the day we shipped.
3rd Party account #: We can us your UPS/FEDEX/DHL account for $6.25 (v) per box for S/H fees for orders. No additional S/H fees for sample orders.
Drop Shipments: A charge of $10.00 (v) applies for each additional location, per release, plus freight costs.
Special Packaging: A charge of $5.00 (v) / per each box applies for special packaging.
If you designate a specific carrier or provide us with an account number for shipping, the customer assumes responsibility for shipment from the time the order is complete and ready for pick up.
Supplier/Shipper cannot be liable for delays in delivery caused by quota, custom, natural causes and shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx,
Trucking freight service.
Cancellation or changes on orders:
Cancellation: No cancellation or changes are allowed for decorated orders after production has begun.
Change to Orders: Changes are accepted only in writing before production begins. Once production has begun, no changes are allowed.
All cancellation requests must be in writing on decorated goods and non-decorated goods, a 20% restocking fee applies on all cancelled orders.
Overseas or customized goods are considered non-refundable and non-returnable after order confirmed and sample approval received.
Return Policy:
Prior to return, all merchandise requires specific Return Authorization within 5 business days from the date of receipt. RA number is required on each box.
Spec sample is strongly recommended, please verify the style and color ordered and received is correct prior to decorating. No refunds or credit will be
issued for decorated goods. Blank goods returns are subject to a 20% restocking fees.
Catalogs:
Customer may request for up to 3 copies without charge. Additional copies are available at $5.00 (v).
Prepayment Terms:
Net 30 days upon credit approval. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge. First order, custom order
and orders exceed credit line may required a deposit or prepayment.

(1)When will my order arrive ?
Most (Blank) orders will be ship out the same day once we received the purchase order. Note: This applies ONLY to the blank goods with NO IMPRINTING require.
Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. Choosing Next Day shipping does not always mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order.
(2)What is your shipping method?
We use UPS, FEDEX or US postal for our carrier.
UPS Red
10:30 a.m. delivery, next-business-day to thousands of U.S. cities; by noon to most other areas.
Delivery every day, including weekend
UPS 2Day
4:30 p.m. delivery in 2 business days to most U.S. locations (by 7 p.m. for residential deliveries).
Delivery Monday-Saturday.
UPS 3days
4:30 p.m. delivery within 3 business days in every state except Alaska and Hawaii
UPS Ground
4:30 p.m. delivery within 4-7 business days in every state.
(3)Can I receive my shipment on Saturday or Sunday?
You can choose FedEx?Saturday delivery for 10:30AM or FedEx?Sunday delivery for 3PM, Please note that if your item is not in stock you wont receive your order the next day. If you choose Saturday or Sunday delivery and we don't have the items you ordered in stock we will charge you for FedEx Priority Overnight NEXT DAY shipping only.
(4)How can I track my shipment?
We have made it very easy for you to check the status of your order and track your shipments. When you place your order, you are given an Order Number. Once we ship your order you will get an order status email with your order tracking number.
